  • Identify and target potential B2B clients to expand the company's client base.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition.
  • Generate leads through various channels and establish a strong pipeline for new business opportunities.
Cold Calling and Outreach:
  • Leverage exceptional English communication skills to initiate and conduct effective cold calls.
  • Utilize a strategic approach to engage prospects and create interest in the company's recruitment services.
  • Maintain a disciplined cold calling routine, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
Sales Presentations:
  • Develop persuasive and compelling sales presentations that showcase the benefits of our recruitment services.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition, unique selling points, and competitive advantages to potential clients.
  • Customize presentations based on the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' staffing requirements and aligning solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Sales Closure:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide valuable insights to the management team for continuous improvement of sales strategies and offerings.
Targets and Reporting:
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Client Education:
  • Educate clients about the full range of recruitment services offered by the company.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and industry-specific challenges.
Feedback Loop:
  • Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with a focus on cold calling and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
