- Maintain a disciplined cold calling routine, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients.
- Develop persuasive and compelling sales presentations that showcase the benefits of our recruitment services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition, unique selling points, and competitive advantages to potential clients.
- Customize presentations based on the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' staffing requirements and aligning solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Regularly engage with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Provide valuable insights to the management team for continuous improvement of sales strategies and offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Educate clients about the full range of recruitment services offered by the company.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and industry-specific challenges.
- Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance overall service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with a focus on cold calling and client acquisition.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
