We are simply providing solutions for a future of success.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
  • Working as a key part of the management team to establish business goals and objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
  • Managing the operations of the company and ensuring these are in line with the Company's strategy and goals.
  • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
  • Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 16 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services, Utilities and Real Estate.
  • You are a change agent with strong skills in driving change programs within organisations.
  • You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
