Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the company's IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. You will ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets while adhering to company policies and procedures.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in IT asset management practices. You will work closely with the IT department, procurement team, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective asset management.Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Monitor and track the movement, usage, and disposal of IT assets.
Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and manage license renewals.
Coordinate with the procurement team to facilitate the acquisition and deployment of new IT assets.
Collaborate with the IT department to execute software installations and configurations.
Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy of IT asset records.
Conduct physical inspections and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for IT asset management processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT asset management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using asset management tools and software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
