- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
- Minimum MBA, Graduation preffered (BS/BE or any equivalent engineering graduate)
- Must have 6 + years in the relevant industry
