With a focus on excellence and continuous improvement, we strive to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.About the Role:As a Software Solution Architect at CodeNinja, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and document technical architectures and ensure that the solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in implementing best practices and maintaining coding standards.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and define the overall software architecture.
Design technical solutions that align with business objectives, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost.
Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and other artifacts to communicate the design to development teams and stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to improve development processes and solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and product owners to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure that solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.
Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

RequirementsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on software development.
Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust software solutions.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies, with a deep understanding of at least one.
Expertise in relational and non-relational databases, with the ability to design and optimize database schemas.
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
