- Manage HRIS; process OPD claims, leave management, self-service queries, insurance, employee confirmation, and employee information verification.
- Support a diverse variety of HR operations projects that range significantly in size and complexity.
- Processes employees' data according to the data privacy legal framework.
- Keep up with labor legislation updates and alert the primary supervisor accordingly.
- Handle the queries and concerns raised by employees.
- Enroll new employees by issuing forms and applications; and verifying completion.
- Provide information by answering communications and referring special communications to the appropriate person.
- Obtain and orient temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; and providing information and directions.
- Maintain human resources records by managing applications, résumés, and applicant logs
- Verify the candidates' background by contacting references.
- Help employees by explaining benefit programs.
- Avoid legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Maintain manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; and reading technical publications.
- Accomplish human resources and organization missions by completing related tasks as needed.
- Responsible for sharing customized reports to multiple departments depending on their requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in relevant fields.
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
