- Conduct comprehensive business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that contribute to increased revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Maintain continuous and robust business relationships with vendors within the Non-Food Vertical.
- Provide exemplary service and support to build strong relationships and promptly resolve operational issues between vendors and foodpanda.
- Ensure that client menus are consistently up-to-date, and integrations are seamlessly executed.
- Manage and optimize the Vendor content on the foodpanda platform.
- Facilitate commission rate renegotiations, fostering new commercial relationships while renewing existing contacts.
- Drive Non-Commission Revenue (NCR) sales by consistently achieving premium listing targets on a monthly basis.
- Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers in collaboration with existing vendors.
- Advocate for digitalization initiatives and persuade vendors to embrace the digital transformation.
- Coordinate with vendors to address live or active status on the foodpanda website, resolving issues such as shutdowns or discontinued deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including closed sales, follow-up actions, sales expense reports, increased sales reports post-promotions, and vendor analysis sheets.
- Provide detailed account management reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in FMCG/Retail Account Management.
- Proficient in analyzing data and sales statistics to formulate effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.
