- Run advanced analysis to better define gaps within the base and help the team maintain a healthier base
- Define KPIs and and build visibility on all demand growth related metrics
- Take the initiative in running different experiments for users across the funnel and automate successful ones
- Work closely with verticals' teams to align on the best demand strategies for the platform & the vertical to grow both in parallel
- Work closely with the product team to A/B test different features on the platform and scale the ones that are successful
- Build dashboard & visibility tools to ensure all stakeholders are able to track all growth related KPIs
- 4-6 years experience in an analytics/Growth role
- Highly experienced with tools like SQL, Python, tableau
- Highly experienced with building dashboards and running advanced analysis
- Deep understanding of the growth funnel and how to run initiatives to activate, retain and reactivate users
- Ability to communicate and manage multiple stakeholders at the same time
- Have a good background with CRM tools such as Braze (preferable)
