- Own and drive the renewals process in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Identify and manage renewal risks and expansion opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasts of upcoming renewals
- Be accountable for organizational KPIs, on-time renewals, and customer satisfaction
- Work on projects and initiatives both within and across the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
