Designing, coding, integrating and debugging applications.
Ensure adherence to standards and best practices (e.g., source code control, code reviews etc.).
Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation testing.
Mentor the other technical staff, assist them where needed and lead the effort in resolving technical challenges.
Interact with the Project Manager frequently and provide feedback on progress, alert him of risks and help the PM develop a strategy to mitigate these risks.

Requirements

5-7 years of expertise in developing n-tier applications.
Solid working experience in Java and J2EE development skills.
Solid understanding of the collections frameworks.
Working experience in developing web services using GraphQL, REST and SOAP.
Working experience in MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server, RDS & Graph.
Object-oriented and service-oriented design concepts, including knowledge of data transfer objects and associated design patterns.
Comprehensive knowledge of test frameworks like Selenium/TestNG, Python/ Pytest.
Detailed knowledge of browser DOM with direct manipulation.
Hand-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and working with continuous integration environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and work with end users/customers.
Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic.
Experience with agile & iterative development methodology.
