We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Agency Manager to lead and oversee our agency operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the agency delivers outstanding services that exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of account executives, creatives, and other agency staff.Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and acquire new clients.Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for strategic discussions.Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.Monitor client account performance, ensuring services align with agreed goals and deliver ROI.Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the agency.Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and upsell to existing clients.Ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.Promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative agency culture.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.Proven experience in an agency leadership role such as Agency Manager, Account Director, or similar.Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and media landscapes.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with project management tools, CRM systems, and budgeting software.
