Through a blend of innovative market research technologies (such as evolutionary algorithms and predictive analytics) and client consulting, we help major consumer products companies dramatically improve their outcomes at every stage of the innovation lifecycle.We are looking for someone to develop and manage NielsenIQ BASES business and client relationships by designing, selling, executing, and presenting market research studies to meet clients' research objectives, and building a talent pipeline for the same.RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management:
- Analyze data using data tools to create reports that meet client objectives;
- Stay in the loop on all stages of project management and monitor progress;
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to maintain the efficiency of all projects;
- Ensure all presentations/reports tell a clear story, and provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Trusted partner: Understand the client's needs, deliver with excellence, make an impact;
- Communication with mid-level clients on their research queries;
- Able to handle presentations with mid-level clients or audiences;
- Crisis management: Able to tackle some of the client communication, particularly with mid-level clients;
- Taking ownership of the project in terms of client relations as well as consulting/partnering with clients through the project life cycle.
- Be proactive at collecting client business questions, actively listening to understand the question behind the question;
- Proactively follow up with the client on proposals, designs, costs;
- Thought Leadership- Integration;
- Strengthen category/client knowledge;
- Develop a strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities of NIQ;
- 1+ plus years of experience in Research, Data Analytics, Sales or Marketing roles;
- Master's degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field a must;
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills;
- Good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools is preferred;
- Good organizational skills, and ability to collaborate;
- Very good interpersonal skills.
