- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
- Monitor and improve operational processes and procedures
- Manage and allocate resources to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate and collaborate with different teams to achieve organizational objectives
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of service and product delivery
- Manage and resolve operational issues and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Must have team leading experience.
- Experience in working and team leading in BPO industry such as call centre or any International projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
