- Oversee the preparation and analysis of project budgets and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor project expenditures and track financial performance against budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures for project accounts.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
- ACCA or CMA certification is mandatory with relevant financial qualifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project accounting or financial management.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
