- Own end-to-end coordination of digital marketing projects, including strategy development, execution oversight, and performance evaluation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—representing their priorities internally and proactively managing communication.
- Work closely with design, development, content, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time and aligned with client objectives.
- Lead discovery, strategy, and performance review meetings with clients, translating goals into actionable plans.
- Conduct research and provide strategic input on marketing direction, optimizations, and campaign planning.
- Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of tasks and campaigns using internal project management tools.
- Drive authentic public client reviews as part of campaign close-out and client success efforts (tied to bonus structure).
- 5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or consulting—ideally within an agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently across web, paid media, and organic strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience translating complex performance data into actionable, conversion-focused insights.
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction (CSAT) based on post-project surveys.
- Deliver 90%+ of projects on time and within scope.
- Help generate a 10%+ increase in client revenue across tracked campaigns.
- Secure authentic, public 5-star reviews from satisfied clients (tracked quarterly).
- Consistent delivery of client-facing reports and recommendations that lead to measurable improvements in traffic, conversion, or engagement.
