- Lead, mentor, and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Train team members, educate affiliates, monitor affiliate performance and results, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
- Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
- Provide support to VIP partners whenever needed.
- Monitor partners' performance, results, and build good relationships with all partners.
- Support partners through vertical integration (i.e., managing their social media channels in cooperation with them).
- Ensure partner satisfaction: By providing exceptional maintenance services to our partners, you, as the Affiliate Manager/Sales Agent, must ensure partners are satisfied and continuously working with us.
- Take charge of network performance: You will be accountable for the performance of the affiliate network and revenue.
- Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs such as the number of potential partners found, the number of deals closed, NGR per partner and in the markets, and partners/customers feedback, including KPIs from Marketing actions done through CRM tools, and take appropriate actions to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Analyze daily reports: Ensure to analyze daily reports from the team for improvement purposes.
- Drive process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the affiliate network.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry or a related field.
- Proven sales experience.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.
- Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Fluency in Urdu and English. Other additional languages are a huge plus.
