- Lead the design and execution of a wide range of marketing and branding materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, brochures, flyers, event collateral, and educational guides.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our company's aesthetic and messaging.
- Translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics that are easy for our target audience to understand.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful design solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conceptualize and create original visual ideas that effectively communicate our value proposition and services.
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers or less experienced team members, if applicable.
- Stay informed about industry trends in graphic design, education, and digital marketing to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, preparing files for both digital and print production.
- Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the education, consultancy, or related service industries.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of branding across various media.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with UI/UX principles for web and digital platforms is a plus.
