Location: Karachi, PakistanJob SummaryOur client is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to support and enhance operational activities in the Karachi office, focusing on coordination with clients and shipping lines in Canada.Key Responsibilities- Assist in operational processes and client communication.- Track shipments and help resolve issues.- Support the operations team in process optimization.- Maintain records of operational activities.-Set up minimum price and knowledge of pricing strategy- Assist in preparing reports on key metrics.- Help identify and resolve operational challenges.- Support department efficiency with ad-hoc tasks.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in operations or related fields.- Skills:- Good communication skills in English.- Basic organizational and time management abilities.- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.- Some exposure to or interest in the Canadian market.
