- Develop comprehensive paid social media advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform campaign planning.
- Create compelling ad copy and visual content that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality ad creative.
- Test and iterate ad variations to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Set up and launch paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful campaigns and channels.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
- Utilize audience targeting tools and features to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Segment audiences based on various criteria to deliver personalized messaging and offers.
- Continuously refine audience targeting strategies based on performance data and market insights.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for optimization.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions to expand knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns, preferably in a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification) are a plus.
