- Proven experience as front desk officer
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Assists immediate supervisor and HR/finance in routine tasks
- Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team and staff
- Prepare travel arrangements for office staff and managers
- Provide administrative support to team as may be required.
- Maintain petty cash
