Core responsibilities of CRM specialist include:
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars, focusing on optimizing the effectiveness of all channels and customer interactions
  • Monitor CRM campaigns & journeys to debug issues & anomalies through timely investigations
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help in taking informed business decisions
  • Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders
  • Identify ways to increase revenue through identifying Up-sell/Cross-Sell opportunities
  • Doing A/B testing & performing campaign Pre/Post analysis
  • Create deep dive trackers for all stages of customer lifecycle
Job Specific Skills
  • Knowledge of campaign management tools & digital CRM
  • Hands on experience in SQL, R/Python & other programming languages is preferable
  • Hands on experience in BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI & Qlik is preferable
  • Knowledge of ETL, Data warehousing, Cloud & Big data technologies will be a plus
