- Program Planning - developing activity charts/schedules, budgets, assigning & managing resources, and leading new initiatives
- Program Operations - ensuring timely execution of planned activities
- Program Growth - developing a future looking outlook to expand and grow the program
- Data Management - ensuring timely collection, and accurate recording and presentation of data
- Program Reporting and Monitoring - developing Monthly Progress Review Reports, tracking progress against activity chart/project calendar
- Program and Process Improvement - review of existing processes and practices for design improvements
- Stakeholder Management - communicate and coordinate with various internal/external stakeholders to ensure program goals are achieved
- Program Visibility - Identification and development of success stories
- Great at project management, execution and delivery.
- Community mobilization knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Analytical and have decision making abilities.
- Process oriented and good organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, internet navigation) especially data management using MS Excel.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, independent worker.
