- Manage nationwide teams of technicians through regional offices and maintain the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and continuously improve existing quality control mechanisms, audits and training programs to maintain services excellence.
- Utilize customer insights to continuously improve existing offerings and identify opportunities for new product offerings.
- Assume top-line and bottom-line responsibility for all auto services, including existing and new products.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and target customer segments.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to digitize service delivery and reporting processes.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand the auto services business.? Inspection?
- Demonstrated track record of building and establishing operations and teams spread over different geographical territories.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering on assigned revenue goals and targets.
- Proven ability to identify and set up KPIs to measure success of the business.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles and vehicle maintenance-related aspects.
- Superb operational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment rallying support from relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge of technology and how it's revolutionizing business around the world would be useful for this position.
