Grade Level: L2/L3Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 19th Apr 2024What is Expert Youth & Postpaid Segment?The ideal candidate will play a leading role in postpaid segment’s base management by devising and implementing strategy for life cycle and revenue enhancement to sustain voice business and grow the data business along-with growth in youth segment. The candidate should have sound analytical skills, experience in customer lifecycle management/ postpaid preferred, ability to envision a personalized portfolio as well as contextual marketing use cases, and great at stakeholders’ management.The role reports directly to the Head of Postpaid & Youth SegmentWhat does Expert Youth & Postpaid Segment do?

Develop Postpaid revenue strategies, analyze competitiveness, and collaborate across teams for operational excellence, aligning with revenue objectives.
Develop an overall marketing strategy for Postpaid segment taking into account customer needs & competitive offerings and ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Manage the overall Postpaid Revenue achievement by devising a 4P strategy.
Monitor the ongoing competitiveness and profitability of products & services and propose & execute new ideas to increase subscriber engagement & revenue growth.
Monitor internals KPI’s including revenue, subscriber, traffic etc. and take corrective action in case of gap identification.
Build strong relationships with other teams: Pricing, Finance, Brands, CVM, Product development, Regional & CC Teams to ensure operational excellence in executing overall Regional products & segments strategy.

Experience and Educational Requirements: MBA from a recognized institute with minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within telecom. Postpaid segment experience is preferred.
Microsoft Office is an absolute requirement; the candidate must be extremely proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in advanced analytical tools such as Power BI and tableau will be plus.
Have sound analytical abilities, problem identification, and resolution skills, and creative/consumer insights abilities.
Have strong organizational alignment skills to develop and deliver against key strategies.
Soft skills and technical skills required.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and work closely with a diverse, cross-functional team of professionals.
