Our mission is to harness the power of technology to create sustainable and efficient operations for our clients.We are seeking a Manager with extensive experience in AI and Generative AI to set up architecture and technical solutions that enable the deployment of AI use cases. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and deep learning, along with a proven track record of implementing scalable AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI & Analytics architecture and technical solutions for corporate clients.
  • Develop and deploy AI strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead the end-to-end cycle of implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solution development, including the preparation of data in semantic layer
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and design AI & Analytics use cases that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Utilize pretrained AI models and transformer techniques to create robust AI solutions capable of various tasks, including text generation, summarization, and conceptual querying.
  • Conduct assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance deployment and integration with legacy systems.
  • Monitor the evolving landscape of generative AI, ensuring compliance with intellectual property, privacy, and copyright regulations.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for AI implementation, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI model development.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Apache Spark).
  • Knowledge of AI architecture principles, including the use of pretrained models and transformers.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Expertise in using BI data visualization tools to present insights and findings effectively.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in AI and data consulting, with a focus on implementing AI and Analytics solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying AI and Analytics architecture and technical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI and Analytics technologies and their application in various industries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
