• Ensure processing of new/existing customers applications are as per agreed TAT and to keep the under process at minimum level.
• Ensure that the Regional Processing / CIU Centers perform to their optimal level thereby ensuring smooth processing and good show approvals.

• To ensure completion of the job with accuracy and adherence to internal criteria defined in PP, SBP regulations, KYC and Operational procedures.

• To closely monitor the activities performed by the allocated staff to have higher level of efficiencies and output.

• Continuous monitoring of the processing activities to identify the process/system gaps and take corrective measures to safeguard the interest of the Bank.

• Monitor performance of allocated staff including issues related to discipline, punctuality and poor standard of work in order to improve efficiency in the work carried out by the staff.

• Close liaison/interaction with each staff to keep the motivation level up and conduct training for the fresh inducted as well as the existing staff to keep them updated about the new policies/processes.
