
Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling Specialist)

- Make outbound sales calls and book meetings across regions like Norway, Sweden, US, LATAM, and Asia.
- Reach decision-makers in industries such as IT, energy, engineering, logistics and other.
- Book qualified meetings for Sperton’s CEO and management team.
- Personalize outreach using phone, LinkedIn, email, and other tools.
- Keep CRM data updated and track your outreach and results.
- 3+ years of experience in cold calling, inside sales, and B2B outreach.
- Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.
- Norwegian or Swedish language skills are a bonus – but not required.
- Proven ability to engage clients and generate high-quality meetings.
- A proactive, independent work style and strong follow-up habits.
- Sales experience in recruitment agency, staffing, or consulting is a plus.
