- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and 3+ as a QA Manager.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to write clear documentation such as test plans, test cases and test reports.
- Confidence in raising concise enhancement requests and bug reports.
- Able to devise & execute the QA strategy and lead the QA team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Responsible for ensuring quality is managed throughout all phases of the project.
- Experience of managing teams and liaising with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements & document test plans & test cases.
- Conduct post release verification following a Production deployment.
- Record, assess and approve Tracking system issues, suggested ownership, priority, and issues.
- Manage QA environment on build and release management.
- Communicate at all levels, handle multiple projects and work on business-critical solutions.
- Coordinate with business analysts and development teams to assess requirements and engage in project review and status meetings.
- Set up and manage communication between development teams.
- Manage a team of SQA engineers, covering both Manual as well as Automated testing.
- Motivate and mentor direct reports by effort and example.
- Working in an Agile environment, you will be performing multiple software quality assurance tasks.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
