Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM PKTKey Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and documentation.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain and update HR records, personnel files, and HRIS systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance review processes and maintain appraisal records.
- Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
- Handle basic employee relations and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide support for compliance and labor law documentation.
- Coordinate with US-based HR and management teams to align with corporate HR strategy.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools.
- Willingness to work onsite during US business hours (6 PM to 3 AM PKT).
