About the Role:Restaurant owners in the US work rigorous 12-14-hour days to make sure that their business runs successfully. To make their lives easier and to grow their business, they use different front-of-the-house (FOH) and back-of-the-house (BOH) software and use different products to operate their online ordering and marketing.However, there's a downside to this. Restaurant owners must always operate at least 4 differentCRMs/dashboards to make sure that everything is running smoothly. This adds more hours to an already busy schedule, and because a lot of restaurant owners are not technically savvy, they struggle with the technology and must hire someone to run it for them, which is an additional operating cost for them.While software companies do promise support, it is modular – multiple people assigned to different query types – which makes it a hassle for the restaurant owner.What if you had only one person providing all elements of support? Or better yet, what if software companies started providing people to run the platform for you?That is what we have envisioned for the Growth Expert role. We not only provide a unified platform but also a dedicated person who works as a business partner to the restaurant owner who runs the platform for them and focuses primarily on growing their business.Growth Experts will work with and directly report to the Strategy Manager to devise structures needed to first support restaurants in making the transition to the AIO platform, but primarily focus on creating and executing business and marketing strategies to increase the restaurant's bottom line.What will be your responsibilities?Your responsibilities can be divided into 2 tiers: One-time tasks and continuous tasks.Your one-time tasks will include:1. Building cuisine-specific expertise, as each Growth Expert will be managing restaurants of a particular cuisine type;2. Interfacing between the restaurant & installation team in the US and the operations team in Pakistan to make sure the process runs smoothly and swiftly; and3. Building a relationship with the restaurant owner during the onboarding process to establish enough trust for them to let you run the platform for them and take shared responsibility for growing their business.Your continuous tasks will include:1. Restaurant Marketing: a. Strategize, design and run marketing campaigns for restaurants through the AIO platform; b. Calculate ROI for each campaign and create a campaign progression or design pivot strategies; c. Manage the restaurant's reviews through the AIO platform; d. Manage the restaurant's social media presence through the AIO platform; and e. Manage the restaurant's SMS/email marketing through the AIO platform.2. Brand Book: Maintain the restaurant's brand book.3. Menu Engineering: Optimize the restaurant's revenue by tweaking its menu using sales and supply chain analytics generated by the platform, and by analyzing local and national market and/or cuisine trends.4. Restaurant Management: Share a weekly task checklist with the restaurant owner to ensure all office, accounting and staff documentation is complete and there are no pending administrative tasks.5. Payroll: Support the restaurant owner with payroll through the AIO platformWhat are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?You will be joining a team with a culture centred around agility, a constant hunger to learn and the desire to teach and make those around you better.An ideal* candidate will have the following soft skills, in order of priority:1.
