- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads
- Utilize effective cold-calling strategies to engage and establish rapport with prospects
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Participate in training sessions to enhance cold-calling techniques and product knowledge
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on client responses and market trends
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call quotas
- Contribute to the development and improvement of cold calling scripts and strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to better position our products
- Recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in making cold calls
- Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment
