Summary:The Business Analyst provides value to the business and its clients through comprehensive process analysis, documentation and control, and continual improvement of business process and operational strategy. The Business Analyst works closely with various departments within the business and client organizations to proactively identify opportunities for business efficiencies and collaborate on their implementation.Responsibilities:Interview new client end-users and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirementsDocument and present interview data as a professional summary in support of process improvementsCreate comprehensive process documentationAssist in the development and presentation of process improvement recommendationsSeek approval from stakeholders to proceed to process training and implementationAdvise projects teams and act as the subject matter expert for the implementation of process improvementsCollect and maintain a comprehensive library of process templatesAdvise training resources and act as the subject matter expert for the training of processesDevelop templates to support the execution of confirmed processesReview the output of processes to ensure the desired results are being achievedAdditional Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and real time timesheets, record complete and accurate notes of troubleshooting and communication with clientsReceive mentoring and feedback from peers and othersWhere appropriate, escalate complicated issues to a more senior resource or other appropriate teamsReview Tickets with ManagerActively Participate in Team Huddles, L10 Meetings, One on One Meetings, and any other Team MeetingsCreate and update documentation when changes or occur, or when discoveries are madeAttend monthly training & team meetings as required.Additional duties as required
