We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in provider credentialing for both commercial and federal payers across multiple specialties.Tasks

Manage initial credentialing for healthcare providers.
Prepare and submit applications to commercial and government payers.
Maintain and update CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and other payer portals.
Track application statuses, expirations, and re-credentialing timelines.
Communicate with insurance companies, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized records and protect sensitive provider information

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in credentialing
Familiarity with credentialing platforms (CAQH, PECOS, Availity, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
