- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process invoices, expense claims, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Respond to supplier and client queries regarding payments and invoicing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Clerk, or similar role
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
