We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with monthly reporting, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Process invoices, expense claims, payments, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Respond to supplier and client queries regarding payments and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Finance Clerk, or similar role
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 60k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
