- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the territory, and establish productive relationships to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product/service demonstrations, and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous learning and professional development.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools, such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics platforms.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed and possess a valid driver's license.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
