We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through various digital marketing channels.Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to identify areas for optimization.
- Implement A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Manage budgets and allocate spending effectively across different marketing channels to achieve business goals.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other attribution platforms to track campaign performance and provide insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and content to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in performance marketing with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
