PMM showcases rich maritime history and offers an engaging space for educational tours, exhibitions, public events, and corporate functions.We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Marketing professional to join our team and support our growing events and promotional activities.Position Details: Position: Assistant Marketing Location: Pakistan Maritime Museum, KarachiDepartment: Marketing & Events Nature: Part-timeKey Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage events such as school visits, corporate functions, and festivals. Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for smooth event execution.Prepare event proposals, schedules, and staff plans in coordination with the Marketing Manager.Maintain bookings and records for museum lawns and facilities.Monitor visitor areas (e. g. , bridal rooms, washrooms) for maintenance and upkeep.Support in marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and client communication.Assist in preparing agreements and renewals for event contracts.Provide ground support during events and act as communication liaison.Maintain marketing records, booking registers, and reporting files.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or public engagement.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure during events.Passionate about public engagement, events, and cultural heritage.Perks & Benefits:Overtime AllowanceHealth & Life InsuranceEmployee Loan FacilityComplimentary Access to EventsHelp us build vibrant, educational, and memorable experiences at the Pakistan Maritime Museum!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
