- Develop Pricing strategy, plan, and budget.
- Responsible for arranging rates for transportation / LCL / FCL / Afghan etc.
- Maintain good relationships with carriers and agents.
- Develop and implement a paperless pricing system, improving the turnaround time of pricing and stimulating immediate customer freight opportunities.
- Strongly follow up on quotations & analyze quotation conversion rates.
- Analyze customer data to develop understanding of their shipment profile and service requirements.
- Maintain customer and vendor pricing information.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and refine pricing processes, systems, and strategies to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure competitive rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and systems for pricing and data analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
- Strong understanding of pricing principles, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
