JOB TITLE: Accounts ExecutiveDEPARTMENT: AccountsREPORTS TO: Senior Manger Accounts / VP AccountsPURPOSE:The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable/invoicing function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of contracts, invoices and payments. This role will require meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, customer service and finance teams to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of contracts, invoices and payments.
Maintain detailed records of transactions, reconciliations and customer account statuses.
Collaborate closely with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
Generate financial reports and forecasts related to accounts receivable to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CPA) is highly desirable.
At least 8 years of experience in accountancy, with a significant focus on Accounts Receivable.
Proven track record of success in an Accounts Receivable role within a U.S.-based company.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for managing accounts receivable processes.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Dynamic, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
