The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual communication and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs across various digital and print platforms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and that of our clients, contributing to impactful marketing and recruitment campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers), advertisements, and other brand-related materials.
Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and recruitment teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
Develop innovative visual concepts and layouts that capture attention and effectively communicate messages to our target audiences, including Gen Z talent.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and platforms.
Utilize industry-standard graphic design software to create high-quality designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.
Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical accuracy.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed to optimize designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and creative solutions.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience with other design tools like Canva or Figma is a plus.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Excellent visual communication skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively.
