1. Social Media Management:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
- Implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Social media listening whereby monitor and respond to audience interactions on social media
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp
- Craft clear and concise messages that align with the brand's voice and messaging guidelines
- Address customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution
- Ensure that FAQs are updated regularly based on customer interactions and feedback
- Organize marketing materials and pictures from various activities and initiatives
- Maintain an organized digital repository of marketing assets
- Ensure effective planning and execution of virtual events
- Collaborate with teams to make arrangements and prepare event check-list
- Troubleshoot and address technical issues during virtual events
- Handle administrative duties related to marketing initiatives.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with documentation
- Work on special projects as assigned, contributing to the success of major campaigns
- Provide support for innovative marketing initiatives and pilot programs
- Experience as a community or social media moderator/manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Excellent Urdu writing and editing skills
- Excellent Urdu verbal communication skills
- Some knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
