Working Hours: PSTAbout PavagoPavago is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to lead paid social campaigns that drive lead generation (non-eCommerce) for our clients. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and other key social platforms to deliver measurable results.Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) focused on lead generation. Run complementary campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. Define goals, budgets, placements, and formats to maximize performance.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, adjusting targeting, creatives, and bids based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS). Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement improvements.
- Creative & Audience Management: Collaborate with design and copy teams to create engaging ads tailored to audience segments and funnel stages. Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences using CRM data and tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, YouTube tracking).
- Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare clear reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and timelines.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads and multi-platform paid social ads.
- Proven success in lead generation for services or local businesses (not eCommerce).
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and social analytics tools.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Skilled at designing and executing targeted campaigns that deliver high-quality leads.
- Able to balance creative ideas with data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams and leading projects independently.
