Role Overview:As a Recruitment Assistant, you will support the Human Resources department in attracting, screening, and onboarding new employees. Your role will include scheduling interviews, posting job ads, managing candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.).Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or internal recruitment databases.Coordinate with hiring managers to align on job needs and candidate feedback.Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications.Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.Maintain recruitment reports, metrics, and records.Support in organizing recruitment drives or career fairs, if applicable.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling candidate and employee data.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.+ year of experience in a recruitment or HR support roleGood understanding of hiring practices and recruitment tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HR software is a plus.Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work and grow within a reputable pharmaceutical distribution company.Supportive HR team and positive work environment.Exposure to full-cycle recruitment and employee engagement activities.Job SpecificationHealth Plus Distributar is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Recruitment Assistant in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum bachelors qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require recruitment, contracts, organizing, administration, verbal communication, ms office, employee engagement mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 50k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
