- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection and negotiation
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and sales, to coordinate activities and ensure alignment of goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management roles
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in supply chain management
