- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and promote AHOY's services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively handling inquiries and converting them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing sales effectiveness.
- Stay updated on AHOY's offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
