Social Media Trainee

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Research current social media trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to guide content strategy.
• Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar in alignment with marketing goals and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and visual consistency across channels.
• Monitor page engagement, respond to comments/messages where necessary, and escalate issues when needed.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Support campaign execution, influencer outreach, and brainstorming sessions for content ideas and growth initiatives.
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and guidelines are followed across all posts and interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or a relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing (internship or job-based).
• Familiarity with key social media platforms and their best practices.
• Completion of relevant certifications or courses (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Social media savvy, creative, and up-to-date with digital trends.
