• Manage the full accounting cycle, from recording journal entries to finalizing financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting processes, including trial balance preparation and adjustments.
• Oversee period-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Accounting and Financial Management:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Bookkeeping:

• Oversee and perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QBO and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Tax Preparation and Compliance:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of client tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
• Address tax-related inquiries and coordinate with tax authorities as needed.
• Client Management and Advisory:

• Provide clients with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations for improving business performance.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings to review financial data and address any concerns.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and bookkeeping staff.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and meet deadlines.
• Software Expertise:

• Utilize advanced features in QBO and QuickBooks Desktop to optimize accounting processes.
• Train clients and team members in effective software usage.
