About:Participatory Village Development Programme (PVDP) is a non-profit organization seeking qualified vendors for the provision of Solar Submersible Pumps material with installation at 15 villages of Union Councils Sobhiyar, Bhadoor & Jhirmirio Taluka Diplo District Tharparkar.Project Overview:PVDP is implementing a project titled Strengthening the livelihoods and Resilience of Vulnerable Agricultural Communities in Rural Sindh, Phase-2 with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH).Scope of Work:Solar Submersible Pump BOQs and Design are attached Below.Selection Criteria:Proven experience in similar types of items to different NGOs/INGOsCost-effectiveness ((The lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, time, and previous experience will also be considered).Sound Financial Capacity.The shortlisted vendor will be requested to submit samples for approval. Upon approval of the samples, a contract may be offered for the deliveries.A 5% security deposit will be required from the selected vendor/supplier before issuing a contract, serving as a bid security.Key requirements for your quotation submission:Interested vendors must submit the following:Company profile with relevant experience including Client name, the volume of contract, and the location of services.Quotation price should include all applicable taxes, and transportation expenses, loading, unloading, branding, Labor Charges and Installation etc. on company letterhead.Include the expiry date of your quotation, NTN number, phone number etc.Clearly state the payment terms in your quotation.Provide the unit price for each item, lump-sum will not be considered.06 monthly bank statements (latest months).Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope.Delivery/installation is to be made at 15 villages of Union Councils Sobhiyar, Bhadoor & Jhirmirio Taluka Diplo District Tharparkar.Supplier must mention the delivery/installation time.Payment details of the Contractor / Supplier must be clearly stated e.g., to whom the cheque should be addressed and if necessary.Also fill & sign the CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST DISCLOSURE FORM attached with this RFQ.Terms and ConditionsThe PVDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasonThe PVDP will not be responsible for any costs incurred by vendors in preparing and submitting their proposals.PVDP will not be responsible for any damage and loss of goods during transportation.Contractor / Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies.
