- Lead technical decision-making and architecture planning for core platform features.
- Work hands-on across the full tech stack: TypeScript, React, Mantine, Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis (cache), and Kubernetes.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring clean code, quality standards, and efficient development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and deliver features on time.
- Review pull requests, resolve complex bugs, and contribute to performance improvements.
- Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and agile development.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of codebase as we grow.
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient in React (TypeScript) and Python with FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis for caching.
- Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor and inspire developers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
- Passionate about clean code, scalability, and solving complex engineering challenges.
