If you are passionate about brand building, portfolio renovation, and innovation that delights families in their homes, then this role is for you!You will be responsible for driving the growth and transformation of Wall’s In-Home portfolio, leading the bricks, buckets, and tubs business today, while shaping the future with multipacks, and premium formats. This is a high-impact role at the heart of TMICC, balancing affordability with aspiration to make Wall’s the dessert of choice for every Pakistani household.Key ResponsibilitiesConsumer & Market UnderstandingBuild a deep understanding of household ice cream consumption and evolving family occasions.Analyse competitive strategies (local players, imported brands) to sharpen Wall’s positioning.Portfolio Growth & RenovationOwn the 6Ps of marketing to drive penetration, market share, and category growth.Lead the renovation of bricks, buckets, and tubs portfolio to strengthen quality, trust, and value.Shape the future roadmap including entry into multipacks, and indulgent variants.Innovation & DeploymentLead cross-functional project teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, CD, Agencies) to land innovations seamlessly.Deliver high-impact innovation with strong pre-build and execution planning.Campaigns & CommunicationDevelop compelling campaigns across TV, digital, and outdoor to build brand love and trust.Execute digital-first performance marketing, adapting communication across Ramadan, Eid, and other occasions.Lead influencer and PR partnerships to drive household relevance.Business & Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Finance, CD, and Supply Chain to deliver GM-accretive growth.Drive pricing strategy and affordability interventions without compromising brand equity.Serve as the voice of the portfolio, rallying cross-functional stakeholders behind the growth ambition.What You Need to SucceedSkillsObsession with consumers, families, and their evolving ice cream occasions.Balance of analytical rigor and creative brand building, able to link numbers with storytelling.Strong knowledge of end-to-end marketing management: from innovation and pre-build planning to launch and campaign execution.Ability to inspire cross-functional teams with a clear portfolio vision, while managing operational details with discipline.Experiences & QualificationsBachelor’s degree required2–4 years’ experience in Marketing or Brand Building.Proven track record in innovation delivery and managing cross-functional teams.Agency management experience (creative, media, PR, digital).Foods/Refreshments experience is a plus.LEADERSHIP:WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
